If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns of products that are in new and unused condition, with original tags and packaging, within 14 days of the purchase date.

To initiate a return, please email Shadowzclothingbrand@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond with instructions on how to return your item(s).

Please note that we cannot accept returns of final sale items, or items that have been used, washed, or damaged. We also cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used, unless they are defective.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for the refund to be processed.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Shadowzclothingbrand@gmail.com and we will provide instructions on how to return the item and receive a replacement.
